Gimme some sugah baby! Well, maybe not.

I just picked up Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide and it is an eye opener. I tend to watch what I eat but too often in the grocery store I don’t pay enough attention to the sugar content, especially on foods perceived to be healthy. I’ve since modified some of the items I purchased such as yogurt and some of the breakfast cereals I eat.

Everyone needs to pay attention to what you are eating. Nothing wrong with some junk food now and then, but too often we eat too much starurated fat and sugar loaded food.
