But not their golden boy, President Obama. If Bush during his time in the hite House had flown a plane by the Statue of Liberty, just for a photo op, Daily Kos , Moveon.org, and the other lefties would have been in fits. No worries here, all is well. Mayor Bloomberg did have this to say:
“The good news is it was nothing more than an inconsiderate, badly conceived and insensitive photo op with the taxpayers’ money,”
The bad news is it was taxpayer’s money.
